Alcatel launched its first Android tablet, the One Touch Tab T10 last week at a price of 119.90 euros in Europe. Now Alcatel has announced its first modular Android tablet, the One Touch Evo7 in Europe.
Alcatel’s so called “modular” One Touch Evo 7 tablet will be powered by Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich OS and a 1GHz Processor. The slate boasts a 7-inch display.
The device is presented as a “modular tablet” as it comes with an optional “3G module” that allows the Tablet to be 3G Connected. The 3G module is housed in a removable frame which come in several colors and the tablet is a Wi-Fi-only device without this module.
The featured 1GHz processor is not named as of now so as the resolution of the 7-inch display. It is equipped with a front-facing camera and a MicroSD card support but built-in memory specs are not known.

Other than these few specs and announcement of the tablet, Alcatel didn’t mention anything about the pricing and availability of its One Touch Evo 7. There are speculations that the tablet will hit European market soon. We’ll let you know as soon as these details come out.
