Few hours ago, we reported that a couple of camera shots were uploaded to Picasa and the EXIF info revealed that the device used to capture those images is the Galaxy S IV GT-I9505 handset, which has I9505XXEAMB8 firmware installed. Both camera samples were shot at a resolution of 2322 x 4128 pixels, using f/1.2 aperture, and 4mm focal length.
Now, the AnTuTu Benchmark result of Samsung Galaxy S IV (GT-I9505) LTE version has appeared online. The result shows that it will be running Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean and it will be powered by a processor clocked at 1890MHz. The device scores 24317 points.
We also reported that the device is expected to be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos processor under its hood. The device was listed packing a Exynos 5440 CPU clocked at 1.4GHz.
But from recently found benchmark results of Korean variant of Samsung Galaxy S IV, it is found to be powered by a Qualcomm processor clocked at 1.9 GHz. But, it is a questionable why Samsung will pack a third-party chipset instead of packing its own.
This much rumored and most awaited device is expected to be unveiled at a Special Mobile Unpacked Event on March 15. It is also said that it will be available right after its announcement, that is by March end or early April.
