Less than two weeks ago, Apple seeded the first beta version of the Apple iOS 6 to the registered iOS developers. Cupertino company has announced that that are now pushing out the iOS 6 beta 2 build for the developers. The first follow-up to the beta 1 release is now available to registered developers either as an over the air update or in Apple’s developer portal and it is compatible with iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, new iPad, iPad 2, and the iPod touch 4G.
The update is carrying several bug fixes and performance updates. Here’s the list of the changes and improvements:
# Fixes for the Address Book, Game Center, iCloud, iMessage PassBook, Movie Player and FaceTime, Maps and Safari.
# A new toggle for sharing Photo Streams.
# Redesigned TweetSheet inside Siri’s UI
# Smart Banners in Safari
# 3G toggle is back in cellular settings for iPhone 4
# Addition of the new ‘plus’ icon for adding photo albums
# Addition of the new option for controlling Reading List cellular data usage.
# You will also see an animating gears icon. While installing the update, the gears of the iOS 6 Settings icon now rotating within
# The default Weather app now changes its icon to reflect based on actual weather’s condition
# Guide Access feature works in latest beta version.
# PassBook has also got a new splash screen, which provides more information.
