Last month, we reported that both Apple iPhone 5S and Apple iPhone 6 are expected to be announced this year and the devices were seen at Apple’s suppliers.
Now new reports suggest that the upcoming Apple’s iPhone 6S will have a polycarbonate body. The material used on the device is similar to the Apple’s MacBook. The iPhone 6S is rumored to come with a 4.5-inch display and is slightly thicker than the existing Apple iPhone models. But earlier it was rumored that the iPhone 6 will be redesigned completely to pack it with a larger 5-inch display.
It is further reported that although the current iPhone 5 is priced at $650, the next generation of iPhone i.e. the iPhone 6 will reportedly be priced at $330 which is much lower than the unsubsidized price of its predecessor. Since the device hasn’t been officially announced yet, take the info with a grain of salt.
In addition to the smartphone, the iPhone 5S is already rumored to come with an 8MP camera which is expected to be unveiled along with a 4.8-inch Apple iPhone Math. At the CES 2013 event in Las Vegas, Analyst Brian White of Topeka Capital stated that Apple is preparing to launch revisions to both the iPad 4 with a 9.7-inch Retina display, and the 7.9-inch iPad mini in March.
The iPhone 6 is expected to come in 2014 despite the reports of this year launch.
