In late August, RIM has announced the BlackBerry Curve 9360 handset along with its other variants Curve 9350 and Curve 9370 handsets, which are having the CDMA and world phone capabilities respectively, while the BB Curve 9360 supports GSM/UMTS carriers. T-Mobile has confirmed that it is bringing the BlackBerry Curve 9360 handset to its air waves starting September 28th for just $79.99 with a $50 mail-in rebate and you need to sign on a two-year contract with the carrier. Customers will also be able to purchase the Curve 9360 handset in T-Mobile-exclusive merlot color from October 12th.
BlackBerry Curve 9360 handset will pack a 2.44-inch 480 X 360 display, an 800MHz single-core processor, quipped with a 5-megapixel camera for VGA video capture, 512MB RAM, 512MB built-in storage, 1000mAh battery, NFC capabilities, 35 key backlit QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth, A-GPS, 802.11 Wi-Fi b/g/n, micro USB 2.0, Blackberry Balance, BlackBerry Messenger (BBM), BlackBerry Apps and it runs the newly launched BlackBerry OS 7.
