Proving the previous rumors, RIM’s first tablet, the BlackBerry PlayBook is set to release in its home market through the Bell wireless carrier in the Canada. PlayBook has lsited on the “Coming Soon” page of the Bell website.
BB PlayBook has already been announced it will hit the U.S. and Canadian markets on April 19th. Coming to price listings, the 16GB PlayBook Wi-Fi is priced at $499.99, the 32GB PlayBook Wi-Fi goes for $599.99, and the 64GB PlayBook with Wi-Fi should cost $699.99.
The BlackBerry PlayBook sports a 7 inch touch display, running with QNX based BB Tablet OS, features a screaming 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 3-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 1080p HD video playback with an HDMI-out port, all packed up in a super sleek 10mm-thin package.
