Cellcom brings its first-ever 4G LTE smartphone today. The HTC Desire 4G LTE is available at all Cellcom retail locations from today, September 21. President and CEO of Cellcom, Pat Riordan stated at a press conference “The addition of 4G LTE smartphones to our device line-ups the door for consumers to get faster internet service when and where they need it.” He further added “Whether mobile phone users are using applications, visiting websites, listening music or downloading video, 4G mobile customers will have a data and internet experience that is closer to real-time.”
Those customers who use HTC Desire 4G LTE can expect a clear data and Internet experience, with downloading speeds in the average of between 5-12 mbps and uploading speeds of 2-5 mbps or can access around 10 times faster speed than 3G.
