Since a few days ago, A bug fixing 6.12.181 update has been rolling out for both the Motorola Droid RAZR and Droid RAZR MAXX handsets. Verizon has been tight-lipping about the most awaited Android Ice Cream Sandwich update for the Droid RAZR variants. Yesterday, a Verizon internal doc has leaked showing off the carrier’s update and testing details of the distribution of ICS updates for the Droid RAZR, Rezound and Motorola Xoom 3G/4G devices and according to the leak, the ICS update is could start rolling out from May 21st.
A few hours ago, a new ICS build has leaked for the Droid RAZR devices. The build number is 6.14.84.XT912. From what we have heard, this leak build could be the final version of the ICS build and the file size is 343MB and it matches the file size from Verizon documents. The actual update size has been mentioned as 341MB in the leaked Verizon’s update schedule doc.
