Internet has recently graced us with a bunch of official-looking press renders of the upcoming high-end Samsung Galaxy S23 series. And now, it’s time to put focus on the upcoming mid-range Galaxy offering by Samsung — the Galaxy A14. We have ourselves the first press renders of the handset. Here’s a look at how the successor of the Galaxy A13 phone might be like.
Popular leakster, Steve Hemmerstoffer (@OnLeaks) has shared these images of the alleged Samsung Galaxy A14, which reveal it has got the similar design as its predecessor
According to the source, the Galaxy A14 will measure 146.3 x 70.8 x 7.6 mm and sports a 6.8-inch LCD display panel with FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. There is no information on other key specification such as processor, camera department, RAM, storage, and battery capacity of the device, but will be shipped with Android 13 OS out of the box when it launches for the masses.
The display has a U-shaped notch to house a selfie camera. As seen in the images, the device comes with a plain gradient design at the back, which has vertically stacked triple camera setup with an LED flash, while the Galaxy A13 had quad-camera module on its back side. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and volume rocking button on the right side of the device, while the bottom portion has a speaker grille, a and a type-C USB port. The phone, much like its elder sibling is also coming with a 3.5mm audio jack.
Samsung has launched the previous-gen Galaxy A14 in 4G and 5G versions simultaneously. But we guess the Korean manufacturer will launch the Galaxy 14 handset in 5G version only. We will keep you posted on whatever news we hear about the Galaxy A14.
