The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series is coming soon, which will launch in the Galaxy Unpacked event in San Francisco on February 1. While many Samsung fans are waiting for the highly priced Galaxy S23 phones with the groundbreaking tech, but millions are also looking forward to getting their hands on the upcoming Galaxy A series of phones.
The budget-conscious shoppers would be eagerly waiting for much anticipated Samsung Galaxy A24 smartphone, which is expected to do much better in sales than the Galaxy S23. The Galaxy A series is already a big hit, and the upcoming phones in this series will be much more popular than the Galaxy S23 series in 2023. Another affordable smartphone from this series, the Galaxy A14, has recently gone on sale earlier this month in the US (for just $199) and India.
Samsung’s next affordable smartphone, the Galaxy A24, has been leaked in all its glory ahead of its official announcement. A fresh set of high-resolution renders of the Galaxy A24 are confirming that the handset borrows massively from the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ in terms of the design of its back. It looks like this back camera design seems to be the design theme that Samsung has adopted for most of its upcoming smartphones throughout this year.
These renders are showing the device from the sides, back, and front. Up front, it has a waterdrop notch display and has a huge chin at the bottom.
The Galaxy A14 is said to be the first Samsung phone to come with a MediaTek chipset inside. As per the previous leaks, it is expected to be running on the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, featuring a 6.4-inch AMOLED panel. This chipset will be paired up with 4 gigabytes of RAM, and the momet it turns on, it naturally boots Android 13 based One UI 5.0 OS.
On the back side, it has a triple camera arrangement, which is said to come with a 50MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro. Around the front, it has a 13MP selfie camera, which will be an upgrade from the previous-generation Galaxy A23.
Under the hood, the Galaxy A24 is rumored to come with either a 5000mAh or a 4000mAh battery. And as far as charging speed goes, the device will support 25W fast-charging capability, just like its predecessor.
There is no word when the Galaxy A24 is scheduled to for official launch. Earlier this month, it has also been spotted passing through the Indian BIS certification databases, confirming its arrival to Indian markets very soon. As per the leak, the Galaxy A14 will be sold in four different color options: Black, Dark Red, Light Green, and Silver.
