The Samsung Galaxy A54 launch is fast approaching, and we already had a pretty good look at the phone in every angle. With every new smartphone, Samsung also prepares to launch matching accessories, including several styles of cases. The Korean giant is expected to launch the Galaxy S54 handset on March 15th, but you don’t have to wait until next week to see the cases. Ahead of that launch, more and more leaks are showing off the design and colors of Samsung’s upcoming budget-friendly Galaxy A series phones, along with some accessories.
Today, a new set of official-looking renders have been published on Samsung’s Macedonia based website showing off some of the official black cases for the Galaxy A54, and the company is calling it Smart View Wallet Case. As of now, these official aren’t available to purchase on the website. Here’s a peak.
Galaxy A54 Smart Wallet Cases
As you can see in the images, the wallet case has credit card holders inside and a small window on the front for the Always On Display feature to display a clock widget and other important notifications. This is a flip case, which protects the exterior on the front and back sides.
The images also confirmed microphone, speaker grille, and USB-C port on the bottom edge of the phone, while the power key and volume rocker can be spotted on the right edge. Two of these renders also confirmed that Galaxy A5 cases will also be coming in green, lime, and lavender colors.
The official cases also confirmed the new triple-camera layout, which is similar to that of the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+, with no island to hold the cameras, and rather three small protrusions aligned in individual cutouts for each rear-facing camera.
Specs wise, the Galaxy A54 packs a 6.4″ AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution, and 120Hz refresh rate. It has the latest Exynos 1380 SoC at the helm with 6GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of storage. The device runs Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top.
The Galaxy A54 features three cameras – a 50MP OIS-enabled main camera, along with the 12MP ultra-wide camera, and a 5MP macro shooter. UP the front, it trades 32MP selfie shooter.
Fueling the entire package is a 5,000mAh battery charged through a USB-C port at up to 25W. The rest of the A54’s highlights include stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.3,NFC, 5G support, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and an IP67 dust and water resistance rating.
The Korean tech giant is also expected to announce the Galaxy A34, alongside the Galaxy A54. Expect more leaks ahead of the official announcement.
