As per the leak, the pricing for the Google Pixel 7a in India has been leaked ahead of the official announcement at Google I/O. The tweet reveals that the smartphone will be priced at ₹39,999 with a ₹4,000 discount when using an HDFC bank card. This translates to about $488 USD, which is slightly lower than the rumored $499 USD price for the U.S. market. However, those without access to HDFC bank cards may have to pay the full price of ₹43,999, which is approximately $537 USD.
To clarify, the leaked image of the Google Pixel 7a’s price and offers was reportedly taken from a Flipkart banner, which is the usual e-commerce vendor for Google hardware in India. Flipkart is an e-commerce platform in India that typically sells Google hardware, among other products. The banner appears to have been viewable only through a mobile browser.
In addition to the leaked pricing for the Google Pixel 7a, the Flipkart banner also features a promotion for the Pixel Buds A-series and the Fitbit Inspire 2. The offer suggests that customers will be able to choose one of these items at a discounted price during checkout.
