It looks like Samsung Infuse 4G isn’t the only handset having 4.5-inch touchscreen display. AT&T’s upcoming HTC Holiday is also expected to be shipped with huge display. The leaked ROM of HTC Holiday has revealed that this handset is going to have 4.5-inch qHD display with resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
The remaining specification also appear to be high-end specs. HTC Holiday will be launched with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread pre-loaded on it, powered by 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8660 dual-core application processor, dual cameras – 8 megapixel camera around its back paired up with an additional front-facing 1.3 megapixel camera, boosted by 1GB RAM, Bluetooth 3.0, and 802.11 Wi-Fi b/g/n connectivity.
If all the above specs turn to be real, HTC Holiday is definitely going to be a serious competitor for T-Mobile’s upcoming HTC Sensation 4G and Sprint’s upcoming HTC EVO 3D smartphones. AT&T is expected to be joining Verizon Wireless in offering a 4G LTE network as early as next month. However, the leaked ROM of HTC Holiday hasn’t specified the LTE capability.
