It’s now a probable time for great phone like HTC Rezound to coming down in price value now, even the LG Spectrum and Motorola Droid 4 are just a few weeks/days away to hit the Verizon markets. But, According to the new MAP list. HTC Rezound is slated to fall down to $199.99, beginning January 9th. That’s a heavy price drop. This price drop is definitely surprising us. We knew that $199.99 price is probably too good to be true, but Verizon has yet to make it official. It’s also worth noting that Rezound’s competitors on Verizon network – Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Motorola Droid RAZR handsets will not see price drop till the next 4,5 months. Of course, if you consider the AT&T 4G LTE capable Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket and HTC Vivid, you will note that these handsets are retailing for $199.99 on contract. We should also mention the carrier has also sold each of these handsets for just $99.99 in some locations.
However, while the CES 2012 event is just around the corner, it’s a good thing that HTC Rezound will be sold for $199.99 from next Monday. HTC Rhyme is also going to sell for $149.99 from January 9th. That’s $50 discount on the original price tag of the handset.
