HTC Runnymede (weird name?) a 4.7-inch big-screen Android smartphone has its first ever leak in the form of press shots. Guys over at Pocketnow have managed to get these images revealing the big screen and the white exterior of the HTC’s super smartphone. The phone has also been rumored to feature specs similar to that of the recently announced HTC Titan Windows Phone.
As you can see in the above picture, HTC Runnymede will sport a 4.7-inch big display, in white with possibly with a glass exterior. The phone also has those usual 4 Android buttons (Home, Menu, Return and Search) capacitive touch buttons without featuring any physical button. Well, we don’t have exact information on the specs that this phone will sport but there have been reports suggesting that the phone will feature a 4.7-inch WVGA display, 1.5GHz processor, 768MB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, 8 megapixel rear camera with an additional front-facing camera with video chats etc. One could also expect HTC to include their recently acquired Beats sound technology with which HTC intends to innovate the mobile audio.
Price And Availability:
According to source, HTC Runnymede will be launched for a retail price of £530 (or $837) for an unlocked 16GB version and £560 (or $885) for a 32GB unlocked version.
