This offer might be valid for the Verizon already existing customers who are eligible for an upgrade plan. Verizon is currently selling the HTC Thunderbolt at an heavy price tag of $249.99 on contract.
The Android 2.2 Froyo powered (upgradeable to Android 2.3 Gingerbread) HTC Thunderbolt is having a 4.3-inch Super LCD display of 800 x 480 pixels resolution and provides a fantastic level of color saturation and contrast. It has got the 4G LTE radio inside it, including 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8655 processor with 768MB of RAM.
