Huawei going to release another Android running smartphone Huawei Ascend on Cricket Wireless carriers. Huawei Ascend is the cheapest Android powered smartphone equipped with Android 2.1 OS, 600 MHz processor, weighing 135 grams. The Chinese are well-known for their low-cost products and the Huawei Ascend is one of the low budget Android smartphones around at present.
This smart phone comes with the EVDO technology for data connectivity which is probably a first timer for any Android phone.
Huawei Ascend features 3.5 inch LCD capacitive touchscreen(320×480 pixels), 3.2 Megapixel camera with auto focus & QIF video recording capability, Android 2.1 OS, 600 MHz processor with 265 MB RAM & 512 MB ROM, 3G, Wi-Fi, EVDO, Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS, micro USB, Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery.
Huawei Ascend also comes with Trackball and Physical Buttons For Send/ Menu /Back /End
