Infinix has added a new addition to its phone lineup for the Indian markets – the Infinix Zero Ultra. This handset would be the country’s first smartphone to come with support for 180W fast charging. That means the new 180W adapter gets the battery to 50% charge in just four minutes. The manufacturer has first launched this device in early October along with the Infinix Zero 20 handset.
The Infinix Zero Ultra has also got some more interesting features, which includes a massive 200 megapixel OIS-enabled camera along with a 13MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensors. It features an attractive 6.8-inch 3D curved-edge AMOLED FHD+ 3D display with high refresh rate support up to 120Hz. There is a fingerprint sensor underneath the display coupled with a 32MP front facing camera with a dual-LED flash for selfies in a centered punch hole.
This handset also packs 6nm Dimensity 920 processor with 12 5G bands support, and it is joined by 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage with microSD card slot support for more storage. It comes preinstalled with the outdated Android 12 OS with XOS 12 skin on top.
The 180W Thunder Charge technology is one of the main highlights of this device. Infinix confirms it charges the 4500mAh battery from 1% to 100% in 12 minutes. This technology supports the highest powered conversion on any Infinix device to date, which avoids overloads and overheating.
