Few days ago, Australian manufacturer, Kogan unveiled a new dual-SIM Agora smartphone. Now, we get a new word that the 5-inch device will be available for $149 in US next month. But the exciting news is that you can get it without contract, it means you can pick any US carrier like AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon etc. Now, Kogan is taking pre-order for the device and plans to ship the device in mid-February.
The Agora Android 4.0 smartphone has a 5-inch 800 x 480 LCD capacitive touchscreen display with a pixel density of 186 ppi and a 9.8mm in thickness weighing around 180 grams. It is packed with a dual-core 1 GHz Cortex A9-based processor, 512 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal storage, a 2000mAh Li-ion battery, supports 802.11n Wi-Fi and HSPA.
Although Kogan’s Agora device is cheap, it also comes with dual-cameras: 5MP on the back side and 0.3MP on the front side of the device like other manufacturer’s 5-inchers mobile have. It also includes microSD card, USB 2.0, GPS, 3G connectivity, FM Radio, and supports for the 850, 900, 1900 and 2100MHz 3G frequencies, and more.
We are hoping that the device will be available in other countries very soon since at the time of launching the device, Kogan announced that they will be offering the smartphone in 11 countries including UK also. If you wish to grab the device, click the link given below:
