Last week, Sprint has started taking the pre-orders for the Sprint braded Kyocera Echo handset. RadioShack also offering the reservations for the Kyocera Echo phone, with a price tag of $199.99 on a new two-year Sprint contract.
Kyocera Echo runs with Android 2.2 Froyo on a 1GHz processor, sporting 3.5 inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixels) touch-screen displays, equipped with a 5 Megapixels camera with 720p HD video recording capability, 512MB RAM, 8GB micro-SD card in the box, supports cards up to 32GB, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, having the “Tablet Mode” – lets you to use one application go around across both screens, Android Market and the whole host of Sprint and Google services.

It is also capable of creating a Wi-Fi hotspot, which allows you to share the Echo’s 3G connection with other Wi-Fi enabled devices.
Pre-Order
You can place an order on the Sprint’s Kyocera Echo handset here at RadioShack Stores (hit the link) for $199.99 with 2 year carrier contract. RadioShack will ship the handset on April 17th.
