Recently, a reliable source claimed that LG is set to unveil its next Android flagship device, Optimus G2 in the fall of 2013. Now, we have found leaked specs of LG Optimus G Pro on the Japanese 2channel forum. It seems to be the upcoming Optimus G Sequel.
It is claimed that the device will come with a 5-inch 1080p Full HD resolution display, packed with a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro Processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, and 3000mAh battery to run the device.
The device weighing around 160g, measuring 139x70x10.1 mm in size is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean mobile operating system. The LG Optimus G Pro will apparently be heading to NTT DoCoMo bearing mode number L-04E, compared to the original Optimus G which was the L-01E. It is expected that the device will be available in Black and White color.
It was claimed that it will be powered by Key Lime Pie 5.0, the future version of Android mobile operating system and predicted that the device will be introduced at CES 2013 in Las Vegas. Since CES event is over now, LG may launch the device at the MWC 2013 next month in Barcelona.
But it is not sure if the reported specification of the device is accurate. So, take it with a grain of salt.
