After hearing numerous rumors about the LG’s rumored Nexus, Yesterday, an official source reported Google will unveil the much talked smartphone, LG Nexus 4 on October 29, on the same date as we expected earlier.
Earlier this month, LG’s rumored Nexus device was listed in the Carphone Warehouse inventory system and named the device, LG Nexus 4. XDA developers showed few photos of this Nexus smartphone from LG, and the handset came up in a mobile retailer inventory system.We reported recently that one more leaked image and specs released by @evleaks, courtesy of Twitter have made the LG Nexus 4 looks like reality.
“Google will unveil the LG Nexus on October 29 and the phone will be available in the Indian markets by the end of November,” LG India Mobile Product Planning head Amit Gujral said in an interview to an Indian News Channel CNN-IBN. The LG executive mentioned that the device will have a 4.7-inch display, and a 1.5GHz quad-core processor.
With the new Nexus flagship, Google will bring a brand latest version of the Android operating system. Android 4.2 was widely rumored and now LG is confirming this as well.
The rumored LG Nexus 4 is expected having similar specifications to the LG Optimus G, which may come with a 2GB of RAM and a 4.7-inch screen with a 1280 x 768 True-High Definition IPS display, plus an 8 megapixel camera and a choice of 8GB or 16GB of storage, plus a microSD card slot.
The rumored LG Nexus will be the fourth phone in the Google Nexus lineup. Google, earlier, released three Nexus phones – the first with HTC in 2010 and the subsequent two with Samsung.
But the executive didn’t mention on its pricing. It is now currently in stock at Staples store. The device will be available in two colors, one is in White and another is in Black.
