LG Optimus One’s successor – the LG Optimus 2 has been officially outed on LG’s own website. LG Optimus 2 aka LG AS680 is an entry-level spec’d handset which should be available to purchase for an affordable price range. The website has mentioned the support of CDMA EVO Rev. A in the 800/1900MHz bands for Optimus 2, which is leading us to believe that it is compatible with any of the CDMA carriers in the U.S.
