The CyanogenMod team has released 10.1 Nightly builds for a couple of LG handsets. LG’s Optimus LTE and Nitro HD are the latest Android devices that joined the CyanogenMod 10.1 Nightly builds club.
CM 10.1 Nightly is built based on Android 4.2.1 AOSP code for providing a stock Android look with many customizations to separate it from the original Android experience, and it offers with the full CyanogenMod treatment. The CyanogenMode team has confirmed that the addition of the Optimus LTE and Nitro HD handsets to CM 10.1 club doesn’t mean any imminent support with Nightlies for other Qualcomm MSM8660 processors powered Android handsets. We guess it might not be too long at all until all other Qualcomm’s MSM8660 chip powered devices to get their share of the CM 10.1.
