According to a leaked internal document acquired by the AndroidCentral, the RadioShack retailer is going to sell the much affordable Android powered T-Mobile branded LG Optimus T handset for $175 and users don’t need to sign the 2-year contract with the carrier.
The LG Optimus T is currently offered by the T-Mobile carrier for $239.99 unlocked, or for as low as $39.99 after a $50 mail in rebate and with a new two-year agreement.
With slightly-different design, Identical with the original LG Optimus One, LG OptimusT runs with Android 2.2 Froyo on 600MHz processor, sporting a a 3.2-inch HVGA capacitive touchscreen 320 x 480 pixel resolution, accelerometer sensor for UI auto-rotate, 3.2-megapixel camera with autofocus and video recording capabilities, supports HSDPA 7.2 Mbps, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, GPS with A-GPS support, microUSB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.1, 170MB internal memory and micro-SD card slot support for 32GB memory expansion (2GB card in the box), Android Market and a whole host of Google and T-Mobile services.

RadioShack’s off-contract $175 pricing option is a notable one as the LG Optimus One is rumored to be upgraded to Gingerbread in the coming month, May. There is now word when the RadioShack will start selling the Optimus T for off-contract.
