Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha has confirmed that the Moto’s next Android flagship Droid Bionic will be hitting the U.S. markets in September. We’ve been seeing the leaks of this handset, including the specs, and a bunch of live images. Now, MOTODEV website has posted the specs sheet of the upcoming Motorola Droid Bionic handset, but the website hasn’t provide the image of the handset.
We are already familiar with the specs of this handset. Let’s take a recap of the specs. According to the MOTODEV website, the Motorola Droid Bionic is bearing the model number XT865, and it should be shipping with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread OS, 4.3-inch qHD display (540 X 960 pixels) with 240 dpi, a powerful dual-core 1GHz OMAP4430 application processor with 1GB RAM, PowerVR SGX 540 graphics processor, 8 megapixel rear-facing camera with 1080p video recording capability, front-facing VGA camera with fixed focus to make video calls, 9GB of internal storage, 4GB of secure storage, HDMI 1.4 connectivity, Big Red network’s 4G LTE connectivity, Wi-Fi, and etc. The interesting part is it is having Webtop access.
The earlier leak has suggested that it will feature a 4.5-inch qHD screen. But the MotoDev website has confirmed the 4.3” qHD touch display for Droid Bionic. Now all the rumors can finally stop! Ha!

Desktop Dock, and Vehicle Navigation Dock images of the Droid Bionic have already leaked online. Motorola has yet come with an official announcement of the Motorola Droid Bionic handset.
