Everyday, we’ve been struggling out to find the leaked documents for the exact release dates of the most awaited devices of the year, Motorola Atrix 4G and Motorola Xoom Honeycomb tablet, which have been in hot topics since this year’s Consumer Electronics show.
Motorola Mobility CEO Jha, during the company’s performance meeting, has confirmed that Motorola Atrix 4G will come out in the end of February and 3G-enabled Motorola Xoom tablet will join Verizon, but Xoom could release in March.
Earlier this week, we’ve already reported that Motorola Xoom is scheduled to release out on February 17th according to a leaked snapshot, but the release date might move to end of the month and the release date of Motorola Atrix 4G for AT&T is quite a good choice. Coming to Motorola’s Droid Bionic – it will be released in Q2 of the year, along with the LTE 4G capable Motorola Xoom. Let’s rewind the specs of the three upcoming devices again.
Motorola Atrix 4G is a very powerful smartphone, running with Tegra dual-core chipset, 1GB of RAM and support for up to 48GB of memory, a 4-inch QHD display (or 960 x 540), a front-facing VGA camera and 5-megapixel with an LED flash at back side, a 1930 mAh battery, fingerprint login security, and Android 2.2 Froyo OS, 3G, Wi-Fi, HSPA+, HD Dock, and a Laptop Dock, which can make the Atrix dock into a laptop chassis to power it up.

Motorola Xoom is a sexy tablet and it could be heavy competitor for iPad. I would definitely buy Xoom. It is expensive so I’m hoping that I can get my money’s worth. And why is Atrix under AT&T? I think it would be better to have it under Verizon.
