As soon as Google pushed Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich OS AOSP source code, the Android developer shave started working on it for different Android devices. Due to such attempts, we’ve already seen the Android ICS ROMs for HTC Sensation, Motorola Droid X, Xoom and the number is still increasing. The latest one to get unofficial ICS build is the Motorola OG Droid handset. A pre-Alpha Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich build has been made available and ready for flashing on your favorite Motorola Droid handset.
The progress of this ROM is pretty good. touchscreen is working well now, which wasn’t;t working a few days ago. Wi-Fi connectivity is also working. Memory usage feature is fine. MMS is working, SD card can be inserted. colors are displaying in an accurate manner. But, many other feature inclosing camera, Bluetooth, virtual keyboard and etc. features are still not working.
