Along with the 200MP camera phone – Edge 30 Ultra’s launch, Motorola has also announced its mid-range version of the Edge 30 series for Indian markets. Motorola Edge 30 Fusion is a rebranded version of the Motorola S30 Pro that debuted in China last month.
Unlike the flagship Motorola Edge 30 Ultra, which features the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, the mid-range Moto Edge 30 Fusion comes equipped with Octa Core Snapdragon 888 Plus 5nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 660 GPU. The front side of the phone has a 6.55-inch FHD+ 10-bit OLED Endless Edge Display with a resolution of 1080p and a high refresh rate of up to 144Hz, and a cutout for a 32MP AF hole-punch camera with f/2.45 aperture.
The back side consists of a triple camera setup – 50MP rear camera with 1/1.55″ OV50A sensor with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, 13MP ultra-wide camera, macro option, f/2.2 aperture, 2MP depth sensor. The phone ships with a 4400mAh battery which has 68W fast charging capability and it can charge the device from 0 to 50% in just 10 minutes.
Other features are including 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS3.1 internal storage, Android 12 OS, Dust and Splash resistant (IP52), 5G connectivity.
The Motorola Edge 30 will be available for Indian customers via Flipkart from September 22nd at an exclusive launch price of ₹39,999 with the help of ICICI & axis bank card discounts. You can choose between Cosmic Grey and Solar Gold colors. The device is currently being sold in EU and UK areas for €600 and £500 in Cosmic Grey, Aurora White, Solar Gold, and Neptune Blue (vegan leather) colors
