Motorola is rumored to release new top-of-the-line smartphones, namely the Motorola Edge 40 and Edge 40 Pro, in the global market. These devices have been the subject of rumors for quite some time, and their full specifications were recently leaked. Today reports about the Pro model’s potential pricing have surfaced online.

According to him, Motorola’s upcoming Edge 40 Pro flagship smartphone may come with a price tag of €899 in Europe. This is a €100 increase compared to the previous year’s Edge 30 Pro, which was priced at €799.
As per the leaks, the Edge 40 Pro is expected to be available in a single variant featuring 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It is worth noting that the Edge 40 Pro is based on the Moto X40, which offers multiple memory options ranging from 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
Motorola’s upcoming flagship smartphone, the Edge 40 Pro, is expected to be a powerhouse device, powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. According to recent reports, the Edge 40 Pro will have a 6.67-inch curved pOLED display, boasting a Full HD+ resolution with HDR10+ support, Dolby Vision, and DCI-P3 color gamut, capable of reaching a peak brightness of 1300 nits. The display will also support a fast refresh rate of 165Hz and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz, making for a smoother and more responsive user experience.
In terms of design, the Moto Edge 40 Pro is expected to feature an aluminum frame, with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection on both the front and rear. It is also rumored to have an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, and it may be available in Quartz Black and Angel Falls colors. The phone is also said to pack a large 4600mAh battery, with support for 125W wired, 15W wireless, and 5W reverse charging capabilities, ensuring long hours of uninterrupted use.
