It looks like, the regional carrier U.S. Cellular has a strong-growing rollout of Android devices plotted for the rest of this year. Just a while ago, we reported about the leaked image of the U.S. Cellular branded HTC Hero S smartphone, which has been pictured siting next to the Motorola Electrify. Before there was any time for another rumor to take place, the carrier had officially confirmed the launch details of the Motorola Electrify handset. U.S. Cellular plans to kick-off online sales from midnight tonight via carrier’s website and only a few stores will start selling the handset from tomorrow. It will be available for purchase at all the in-stores across the nation beginning September 26th. Motorola Electrify costs you $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate linked to the purchase of a data plan with your signature on a two-year contract agreement with the carrier. Please note that the existing customers who are eligible for an upgrade can also purchase the Electrify for $199.99 without signing the contract.
