The world’s thinnest smartphone, the NEC Casio Mobile MEDIAS N-04C has now been officially announced. Japan’s leading mobile carrier NTT Docomo is bringing this handsets as early as March 15. The handset packed in thinnest body with a razor sharp 0.3 inches (7.7 mm) of thickness and weight of 3.7 ounces (105 grams).
Specs wise, NEC MEDIAS N-04C is sporting 4″ LCD touchscreen (854 x 480 pixels) with Gorilla Glass technology, running with Android 2.2 Froyo ((2.3 update in summer this year)), powered by an 800MHz processor, equipped with a 5 Megapixels camera with CMOS camera, 1Seg digital TV tuner 3G/GSM roaming, e-wallet function (NFC), 3G/GSM roaming, a micro-SD card slot for memory expansion support, infrared communication and the standard Bluetooth, i-mode compatibility, GPS, HSUPA connectivity and more features.

NEC Casio Mobile’s MEDIAS N-04C will be available black and white colors through NTT Docomo networks starting from March 15th. There is no official word on the launching details and pricing confirmation. Check out the video after the break.
