A few days ago, Nokia has launched the much anticipated AT&T branded 4G LTE capable Lumia 900 handset and it is topping sale charts. But, since then some customers are reporting about the loss of data connectivity issues, although calls and text messaging seem to be working fine. According to some users reports, you can fix this issue by restoring the device to factory settings. Good news is that Nokia has acknowledged this issue and promised to bring a fix for this issue.
Nokia claims that it is”a memory management issue” which “could, in some cases, lead to loss of data connectivity” and the firmware update to fix it will be rolled out from the coming Monday, April 16. and the company has two alternative offers for the Nokia lumia 900 buyers:
“If you have already purchased a Lumia 900, we are making two options available to you:
– You will be able to update your device with the latest software via Zune on or around Monday, April 16th.
or
-Swap your current Lumia 900 for an updated Lumia 900“.
Now seems like the right time to buy a Nokia Lumia 900 handset. The manufacturer has mentioned that for anyone who has already bought a Lumia 900, or is considering buying one between now and April 21st, Nokia will credit their AT&T account a $100. That means you can get the Nokia Lumia 900 handset for free of cost now.
