The Chinese brand officially shows off the OnePlus 11 today. We’re a few days away from the full launch of the OnePlus Ace 2, and the latest leak has spilled some interesting tidbits to know about this phone. Trusted leaker Digital Chat Station of Weibo revealed key specifications of the OnePlus Ace 2, which is expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus 11R in the global market.
According to DCS, the OnePlus Ace 2 will rock a curved-edge display with a punch-hole in the centre, and the device may be shipped with an OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution.
Apparently, OnePlus will not equip this unit with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC under the hood. Instead, we could see a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor in its place. The OnePlus Ace 2 is quite a featureful device, boasting 50MP primary camera, and a 5,000mAh battery, which has 100W fast charging capability.
The previous leaks reported that the Ace 2 features 6.67-inch AMOLED 120Hz screen. The SD 8+ Gen 1 chipset will be paired up with up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. For photography, its triple camera setup on the rear consists of 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel triple camera unit. For selfies, a 16-megapixel front camera will be presented. Just like all the recent biggies, this handset also comes preinstalled with the latest Android 13 OS and ColorOS 13 in the Chinese market.
