While all eyes are currently set on MWC which is happening in Barcelona now, OnePlus is trying to generate some excitement by revealing the design language of its next phone with Dimensity chipset. The phone was rumored to be called OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity 9000. Today, President of OnePlus China, Louis Li, posted an image on their Weibo account, confirming the device will be launched as OnePlus Ace 2V, next Tuesday.
The OnePlus Ace 2V is sharing the similar design of the previous year’s the OnePlus Nord 2T. Thus, we could see the Ace 2V arrive under the Nord sub-brand on the global market as OnePlus Nord 3. As per the previous leaks, it features a flat 6.72-inch 120Hz AMOLED FHD+ display with a centered punch-hole cutout in the middle for housing a 16MP selfie camera. It will be powered by a Dimensity 9000 processor. Inside, it will have 8 or 16GB RAM, 128 or 256 GB internal storage, along with the 5,000mAh battery which has support for 80W charging speeds. On the back, it will have a triple camera setup consisting of 50MP+8MP+2MP cameras. The device will be offered in 2 colours: the glossy Jade Green, and the Black as shown in the images.
