OnePlus is making preparations for the upcoming launch of two fresh additions to its Nord series. It has been reported that the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r is set to debut in India on July 5, and there is a possibility that a new smartphone will also be revealed alongside. Just recently, an intriguing hands-on video of the rumored OnePlus Nord 3 emerged, providing a sneak peek at its design.
The team at PinoyMetroGeek recently shared an unboxing video where they showcased the OnePlus Nord 3. According to their video, the device seems to boast an impressive 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It is presented in a color variant named Misty Grass. Inside the package, users can expect to find a charger and a USB-A to USB-C cable. In terms of design, the OnePlus Nord 3 appears to bear a resemblance to the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, featuring a boxy form factor and a sturdy metal frame.
At the rear of the device, you can observe two camera protrusions that house a total of three camera sensors, accompanied by two LED flash modules. Moving to the right side, you’ll find the power button and an alert slider, which provides convenient control over notifications. On the left side, you’ll notice the volume rocker. As for the front of the device, it flaunts slim and symmetrical bezels that encompass a punch-hole display, offering an immersive viewing experience.
OnePlus Nord 3 rumored features
The highly anticipated OnePlus Nord 3 is rumored to sport an expansive 6.74-inch display, boasting a remarkable 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by a robust Dimensity 9000 processor. Users will have the option to configure the device with up to an impressive 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM, ensuring seamless multitasking and efficient performance.
The OnePlus Nord 3 is rumored to feature a triple rear camera setup, comprising a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro unit. For capturing selfies, it is said to have a 16MP front-facing camera. Noteworthy features of the device include dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, a 4129.8mm(sq) VC cooling chamber to manage heat effectively, and an alert slider for convenient notification control.
It is also expected to include NFC support, an X-Axis Linear motor for enhanced haptic feedback, and an IR blaster. The OnePlus Nord 3 is rumored to come pre-installed with OxygenOS 13.1, providing a smooth and customizable user experience.
Additionally, the OnePlus Nord 3 is said to come equipped with a substantial 5,000mAh battery, which supports rapid 80W VOOC fast charging, enabling quick and hassle-free recharging.
