Oppo is apparently preparing to launch a new Android phone called Oppo A17. Ahead of this handset’s launch, a bunch of specs details have been leaked online. Shared by tipster Evan Blass, a few renders also outed showing us a closer look at the handset’s design in what appears to be official images.
As the name implies, the Oppo A17 appears to be successor of the last year’s Oppo A16. The device is showing off the same design and also carrying some of the same specifications of its predecessor, including the MediaTek SoC.
Specs wise, Oppo A17 will have a MediaTelk Helio G35 processor, 64GB internal storage, backed up by a bigger 5,000mAh battery under the hood. The renders reveal the device will have a slick and modern design, while the screen is having a waterdrop notch at top center. There is a dual camera setup with LED flash on back side in a pill shaped vertical arrangement. It seems it has a faux leather panel for the back panel with volume button and power button on right side.
We will let you know more about the remaining features of this handset in the coming days. The Oppo A17 will be available to choose among orange, gray, and blue colorways, which are looking very fresh and appealing. It is expected to be unveiled very soon by the end of this month.
