We are just a few days away from the official introduction of the new Oppo A77s, but we already know it will be launched by September’s end or by early October in India. In addition to the launch information we have received, the latest leak gives us a proper look at the Oppo A77s handset’s full specs sheet.
The Oppo A77s is likely to come with a color rich LCD screen with HD+ resolution and teardrop notch at center top of the screen to house a selfie camera. The Oppo A77s is an upgraded version of the recently launched A77 4G model with a different processor Snapdragon 680 6nm.
Specs wise, it will feature a 6.5-inch 90Hz display 100% DPI-P3 with eye-comfort mode and automatic dimming features. As for the cameras, it has dual camera setup on back side – 50MP primary sensor + 2MP depth sensor, coupled with an 8MP selfie camera on front side with AI retouching.
The device will come in two RAM/storage options: 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. There are chances that A77s will have support for up to 5GB of virtual RAM. Additionally, the smartphone will get a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging with additional features like 5-layer charging protection and optimized night charging. Measuring at 7.99mm thickness, the phone runs on Android 12 OS and ColorOS 12.1.
The source hasn’t any information about the pricing details. Along with availability in India, it is also expected to be launched in Europe very soon. Customers can choose between Sky Blue and Starry Black colors, but Oppo may also introduce the Sunset Orange version with Fiberglass-Leather design.
