Google has kickstarted promotional/teaser campaign for the upcoming Pixel series handsets. We’ve already known that Google is set to launch a bunch of Pixel products at an October 6 event that will happen in just a few weeks. Google has been teasing both the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro handsets since early this year.
In a “first impressions” promotional video , Google has confirmed the buyers will be able to pre-order the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro from October 6 right after the event. Google has blurred out the Pixel 7 Pro in the video, where a bunch of actors and some Pixel fans hold it to praise its design and some of the known features. Everyone is delighted by the Pixel 7 Pro’s design and they were asking if they can keep it after filming.
At the end of the video, they revealed that you can “Pre-order starting October 6, 2022.” Some reliable sources have also confirmed that new Pixel lineup will start shipping from October 18th. Last year’s Pixel 6 series was introduced on October 19th and went for presales the same day. But, the Google Store couldn’t keep up with the demand and crashed at one minute after pre-orders went live. Many disgruntled Pixel 6 hopefuls were having orders canceled, phones removed form carts due to unavailability. Lets hope Goggle is fully prepared this time for the Pixel 7 series sales.
The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will have impressive specs including the new in-house Tensor G2 chipset and top-notch camera department. With the Pixel 7 series launch set in just a few weeks, we will be seeing more new advertisements and promotional videos in the coming days.
