The folks over PhoneArena have now revealed purported specs of the rumored Motorola Droid RAZR M HD handset with improved display and improved battery.
The source gives detailed specs regarding the display size, processor, storage space, OS version, dimensions, and the battery powering the Droid RAZR M HD and there’s lot more detail. 720p display equipped handsets would come under mid-range Android phones, while 1080p display would become high-tech standard in next year, 2013. So, Motorola is going to put a 720p HD display on the successor of the RAZR M, instead of the qHD display and it will be backed up by the same battery of the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx HD handset.
