We’ve already seen the leaked images of the MetroPCS branded Samsung Admire smartphone. Today, the phone has appeared in a press shot image, and has been officially announced by MetroPCS. The same handset has also been made official by U.S. Cellular a few days ago. Based on the specs, this handset is especially aimed at budget-minded students, who are looking for an advanced phone with all the features, apps, entertainment they need. Moreover, the Samsung Admire goes official just in time for ‘back to school’ season.
Samsung Admire comes pre-installed with the latest Google Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, powered by an 800MHz processor, 3.5-inch HVGA display at 320 X 480 pixels of resolution, 3.2 megapixel camera, and other regular features such as microSD card slot for memory expansion up to 32GB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, microUSB 2.0, 3.5mm audio jack, as well as GPS with A-GPS support.

Price & Availability
As it is having all the low range specifications, Samsung Admire handset will be an entry-level phone, and the carrier doesn’t provide any specific info how much the Samsung Admire will cost, but according to a previous leak, the handset could cost around $149.99 range.
