Samsung Focus will be the first Windows Phone 7 device, launching on November 8 via AT&T carrier in the US. Previously it was being named as Samsung Cetus, with a model number SGH-i916. Samsung Focus seems to be the US equivalent of the Samsung Omnia 7, sporting a 4″ Super AMOLED screen with WVGA resolution, 5MP camera, 8GB of storage.
Samsung Focus is GSM Quad-band phone capable of global roaming (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
and UMTS tri-band global 3G (850/1900/2100 MHz).
Samsung Focus is the WP7 version of the Galaxy S, featuring 4” super AMOLED touch display(800 x 480 pixels), 5 Megapixel camera(2560×1920 pixels) with LED Flash, capability of recording 720p HD video, Qualcomm QSD8250 1 GHz processor with 256 MB RAM / 512 MB ROM, 8GB internal storage & microSD clot support for 32GB expansion, 3G, HSPA, Wi-Fi , Bluetooth 2.1, micro USB.
Despite its roomy 4-inch screen, the Focus is the lightest phone in the initial Windows Phone 7 lineup, with a weight of 4.07 ounces(115 grams) only.

Samsung Focus also comes with Xbox Live, AT&T U-Verse & Netflix. AT&T U-verse is another area where Windows Phone 7 shines. U-verse customers can manage their DVR recordings from their mobile device in addition to downloading shows via Wi-Fi to watch on the phone.
