Here it is. Finally, Verizon confirms what we already knew. As expected earlier, Verizon has officially announced that they are bringing the recently launched Samsung Galaxy Nexus smartphone with 4G LTE capability to the U.S. Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be first smartphone to ship with the newly unveiled Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. Verizon hasn’t provided any release date but it confirms that the Samsung Galaxy nexus will be hitting its air waves later sometime this year.
