Yesterday we’ve reported that HTC has posted a demo video of its upcoming Sensation handset, letting us to take closer look at its features. Especially, HTC’s new Sense 3.0’s features impressed us a lot. Now Sammy has also come out with an official live demo of its next major release – the Galaxy S II. It has already released in the U.K, South Korea, and other territories, and already two software updates released. But the U.S. availability is till mysterious. The initial sales figures of Galaxy S II in South Korea have reached 120,000 units in first three days.
This video shows off Galaxy S II’s thin design (8.49mm), its Super AMOLED Plus huge screen, all new TouchWiz 4.0 UI running on top of Android 2.3 Gingerbread. You will get to know customization of the apps, home screen, and widgets. Copy & Paste feature, reader hub demo, dual-core processor (that will allow you to play games) capability also demonstrated. You can also connect the Galaxy S II to your TV with HDMI out, and play games on bigger screens.
Samsung Galaxy S II sports a 4.27-inch 800 x 480 Super AMOLED Plus display, equipped with an 8 megapixel primary camera with 1080p video capture and an additional 2 megapixel webcam for video chats, 1.2GHz dual-core processor inside, 1GB RAM, 16GB/32GB memory storage, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, DLNA, Wi-Fi Direct and much more.
