The first Android Jelly Bean 4.1.1 update for Samsung Galaxy S III started rolling out from Poland last month. Now it has now arrived in Sweden. It seems the update is moving around in Europe. We have just received words that Samsung UK has also confirmed the update to arrive this month. though no specific dates were mentioned. The update also arrived in South Korea last week.
As earlier the update is being pushed out through Samsung’s KIES software currently. The information for the update is as follows:

The new OS will bring about faster performances brought by Project Butter. Other changes include:

Android Jelly Bean features like Google Now, Project Butter performance enhancements and the redesigned notification shade, in addition to new TouchWiz features are expected to bring a huge change in the Galaxy S III experience. The updates are being rolled out for International versions of the Galaxy SIII first. Carrier-branded versions, such as the U.S. Galaxy S3 models will have to wait to receive the update as there will be a network test and other test to be run before the update releases.
