It is already rumored that Samsung is planning to show off its upcoming smartphone Galaxy S IV at a Special Mobile Unpacked event on March 15. Now a new report has suggested that Samsung is planning to introduce a mini version of the purported Galaxy S IV in May.
Although, there’s no official info regarding the official specs of the device, the name “mini” suggests that it will probably be less powerful and perhaps more budget friendly then the Galaxy S IV. While the Galaxy S IV is already set for March end or early April, the Galaxy S4 mini is said to follow its bigger sibling in May.
SaMMobile reported that Samsung’s Project J is not just a single device. It includes a Project J Mini and its accessories including a Clear Cover, a Flip Cover and a Protective Cover. This project is needed to be completed by week 21 i.e. May 20-26. The Project J Mini is reportedly the Galaxy S IV Mini.
With the nearing of the release of the Galaxy S IV, new benchmark results are being spotted one. Leaked Benchmark has shown us a Korean and a US variant of the Galaxy S IV. We are hoping more details will emerge soon for the Mini version also.
It is time to wait for more reports and hopefully for an official announcement very soon.
