The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is probably just a month away, and it has become the internet’s favorite topic for speculation. The next flagship to be announced at “Unpacked” event on February 1st. Just a while ago, a pair of rumors have suggested new details about possible RAM/Storage configurations, and color options for Samsung’s various models of Galaxy S23 series.
The latest rumor claim to reveal details on the displays of the upcoming flagship series and the numbers quoted align for each model. The leak arrives from insider Ahmed Qwaider via Twitter.
This is according to the prolific leakster, Ahmed Qwaider, who claims that Samsung is expected to bring a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED display for the Galaxy S23 alongside a 6.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED for the Galaxy S23+ and a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display for the Galaxy S23 Ultra model. For your reference, last year’s Galaxy S22 comes packed in a 6.1-inch panel, the S21+ features a 6.6-inch diagonal while the S21 Ultra’s screen size gathered at 6.8-inches.

Every model has a variable refresh rate, going from 1Hz to 120Hz. The Ultra model will be the only one with QHD+ resolution, while the standard Galaxy S23, and S23+ models will be offered in FHD+ resolution. According to some reliable sources which reported in recently, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is rumored to get the brightest screen of any smartphone on the market. This model could feature a max brightness of up to 2150 nits, maybe even 2,200 nits. The minimum peak brightness is said to be 2,100 nits.
