Just a few hours ago, we told you about some reports that were coming in from Windows Phone users that the new Windows Phone Refresh – Tango update is being rolled out for the Dell Venue Pro handsets. It seems Microsoft begun rolling out the Tango update for the Samsung Omnia W handset, as part of Windows Phone OS version – 7.10.8773.98. Not everybody is going to get the update pushed to their device right away today. The Samsung Omnia W is excluded from the Tango update in certain regions. Redmond has detailed that some features included in the update had to do with new messaging capabilities.
Microsoft notes that you can now attach and send ringtone, voice notes and attach multiple images in an MMC and send it to others. You no longer need to re-enter the PIN to unlock your device. Beyond that bugfix, you can also look forward to Microsoft bringing new messaging capabilities, better notifications. The Tango update lets you to export phone contacts to a SIM card and import SIM card contacts to your phone. The Internet Sharing feature that Nokia rolled out for the Nokia Lumia 710 and Lumia 800 handsets phones is not available for the Samsung Omnia W.

You can look for Windows Phone Refresh 7.5 Tango update by plugging it into your PC, opening Zune, then head over to Settings –> Phone –> Update or you can wait for a message to appear on your screen letting you know that an update is available. If you don’t see an update available right away, be patient and know that it’s on its way.
If you can’t wait for the official Tango update, you can download the Tango OS cab files (from XDA Forums) direct from Microsoft with preferred language support.
