Via Twitter, the official Google TV Team has officially announced that Sony has started pushing out an OTA update for its Google TV-enabled Blu-Ray players. The new firmware update 3.2_2012012601 brings the following features for the Sony Blu-Ray player:
# Performance enhancements for Chrome browser.
# Chrome browser should work faster now.
# Ability to watch 3D Blu-ray movies – Support for Blu-Ray 3D Disc Playback.

The new update is weighing 260MB of size, which will be automatically pushed to your devices. Sony Blu-Ray players’ owners should be seeing the OTA update notifications on their devices at any time. But, if the updates fails to hit your device, you can manually try to pull the update by heading over to System Settings –> About –> System Updates –> if you found the update –> hit the Restart & Install button –> Follow the on-screen instructions and let it to its task. That’s it.
