Late yesterday, the upcoming Android powered Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro has slid through the FCC doors. It’s worth mentioning that the FCC has tested the AT&T branded Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro handset, which is bearing the carrier’s 3G bands, and the handset also got teardown treatment. This must be a great news for the AT&T customers who are looking for the QWERTY keyboard equipped Android smartphone on the AT&T air waves.

SE Xperia Pro With AT&T Bands Hits The FCC

The Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro was first unveiled officially in February. Since then we haven’t heard much about the U.S. release details. Specs wise, the SE Xperia Pro comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon CPU, 854 X 480 pixel of resolution boasting 3.7″ touchscreen display with BRAVIA Engine enhancement, 512MB of RAM, an impressive 4-row QWERTY keyboard, 8MP camera with LED flash, 2MP front-facing camera, 8GB card inserted, microSD card slot support for 32GB expansion support, DLNA, HDMI port, 3G, Wi-Fi, Android Market and the full host of Google services.
